Mindfulness is a super power that lets us tune into our senses. It can even help us feel calmer and more aware of our emotions. But mindfulness isn’t just for us! Create your own Mindful Pet with this month’s Mightier Kids Contest.

Contest Details:

1. Grab your Senses Skill Pack, or visit this digital version, to find instructions for creating a Mindful Pet.
2. Cut out all the shapes, and follow the instructions to build an animal all your own. Think about your animal’s super-senses. Which of their senses are really strong, and what does that allow them to do?
3. Snap a photo of your Mindful Pet using their super-sense and being mindful somewhere! Send it in with a description for a prize.

Deadline for entries: June 19th

Prizes:

– Winning Mindful Pets will be featured in the Mightier Newsletter and Mightier’s social media!
– Every kid who enters will get a new Lavaling sticker for their collection.
